Turkey Vegetable Stew
*Sometimes I use 2 large frozen chicken breasts instead of turkey meat.  This is for a large crockpot.

6-8 medium potatoes
6 carrots
2 onions
2 skinless boneless turkey tenderloins or cutlets (frozen) ( about 1 ½ lbs.)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
2 cups water 

Thoroughly wash and scrub potatoes.  Quarter them and place in slow cooker.  Peel carrots and onions and cut into chunks.  Add to potatoes.  Place frozen turkey in crockpot.  Place the rest of the ingredients into the crockpot.  Cook on high 7 hours or low for 10-11 hours.
