Tuna Noodle Casserole
*I usually add more milk to the recipe because I think it’s kinda dry if I don’t.  I also use frozen mixed vegetables instead of peas.

1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request)
1 ¼ cup skim milk
1 can water packed tuna, drained
1 teaspoon dried onion
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 ½ cup frozen peas
3 cups uncooked small pasta shells 

Mix together milk and mushroom soup in a casserole dish.  Add tuna, onion, parmesan, peas and noodles to dish and mix well.  Put in oven, covered.  Cook for 50 minutes.
