Baked Ziti
*This is another Dream Dinners Cookbook recipe.  After you assemble, you can freeze this.  Then you can thaw in the fridge when you are ready to use the meal.

1 pound ziti
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup nonfat sour cream
½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
3 cups marinara sauce
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups mozzarella cheese 

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.  Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water.  Boil until tender.  Drain and transfer to a large bowl.  Add the rosemary, Italian seasoning, sour cream, cottage cheese, and marinara sauce and stir until incorporated.  Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.  Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.  Drain off any excess fat.  Mix with the pasta.  Top with mozzarella.  Bake covered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes and 10 minutes uncovered.
