Miss Kay’s Favorite Strawberry Pie
1 cup water 3 oz. strawberry jello
1 cup sugar 2 ½ cups chopped strawberries
3 tbsp cornstarch
Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch on high in microwave for 3 minutes; stir and cook 2 minutes more. Then add the jello and strawberries, and stir well. Pour into baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.

1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
8 oz. whipped topping 2 cups (or more) chopped strawberries
1 graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar; add whipped topping and strawberries and mix well by hand. Put in crust and garnish with strawberries. Chill.
