A note from our coordinator - (as of 2/4/11)The concert will be Wednesday, Feb 16^th at Ovens Auditorium. The concert starts at 10 AM but they would like us to be ready to be seated by 9:30.  They would like for us to try to assemble as a group before entering the Auditorium. Therefore, let’s plan on meeting at 9:20 AM in front of Oven’s Auditorium. If the weather is nice, maybe we can meet by the flag pole. If not, we will huddle toward the front doors.  Please wear your PATH ID badge. Also the parking behind Ovens Auditorium will be free for the concert. Also, if you are going to the concert and need a Teacher’s Guide for the performance, please e-mail Sarah McDowell at danny.mcdowell@windstream.net

Event Coordinator

Event Details: -  PATH is putting together a group to attend the Charlotte Symphony’s educational concert in February. This year’s theme Rhythm Around the World focuses on the unique meters, beat patterns, percussion instruments, and other rhythmic conventions that form the heartbeat of various musical styles from around the globe. The concerts last approximately 50 minutes each and are geared for students in grades 3 – 8.  However, students younger and older may attend.

Date & Time: Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 10AM (need to arrive no later than 9:20am)
Location: Ovens Auditorium
Price: $8 each for Home School students, teachers, parents and chaperones
