Event Coordinator

Event Details: - Jumpstart your school year with a HOT, FUN, PICNIC !! This year we are meeting at a different location, one FULL of SHADE !!  August 22, from 11am to 1pm at Idlewild Park (10512 Idlewild Rd , Matthews ) . The start time is earlier (around lunch) so we can  all PICNIC together.

In addition to the park facilities (bathrooms, swings, picnic tables, separate play areas for older and younger children, slides etc...) there will be a FIRETRUCK and POLICE CAR for the children to see, touch and feel !!!  Both the firemen and policemen are bringing giveaways for the children ! There will be other surprises as well !
